  Florida Plastic Surgery Ruling

  the florida supreme court has ruled that as long as they can pay for it, children as young as 12 can receive elective plastic surgery without parental consent.

  sound far fetched?

  not really, considering that the florida courts have indeed ruled that 12 year olds can get an abortion without parental consent.

  " great post.. what we need to do, since there are alot of just "faded" members of the j.w.

  organization here with us is this... next year, all you just faded ones, (the ones not disfellowshipped or disassociated) go to the memorial and "drink the wine and eat the unleavened bread"... .. brilliant isnt it.

  I Liked your thought about the "whole donation scandal and what they are doing in third world nations...I didn't know that.. and I'm really mad at them now... I was mad and now I'm stomping mad.

  #2 Create material that exposes the failings of the WTS on all fronts.... That's do-able isn't it?

  There are so many eloquent writers on this forum, that I'm sure they could write it up.

  #5 develop a mass mailing in communities frequented by J.W.'s. That's do-able.

  Do you think a phone call to local papers would Help.. or writing one letter with 10 copies to send to local government.

  your other thought I liked was "minimum involvement could be to send one well written letter.

  I remember sending ONE well written letter to the government in Malawi back when persecution of the JW there was going on. If we couldn't write a letter, then one (a form type letter) was provided for us to send. Again, couldn't one of our member on this forum give us an example of how and what to write in it. I'd send some. not a problem. I am disfellowshipped, what else can they do to me? I already lost my family.

  I suppose your right, of the "faders" who drank the wine and ate the bread" would be thought of as nut cases.

  But, on the second hand .. look at the upset it would cause in so many congregations.. Think about how much upset this would cause for them. Nice THOUGHT TO ME! Also, alot of ones who are attending and going in service who don't believe are on this site too... would they be thought of as a nut case.. not necessarily.

  My family gave a great witness at my little sister's wedding...NOT!

  i have been on this site many times and i didn't decide to post anything until this past weekend.

  (july 18,19,&20) i wanted to share with all of you what happened this weekend.. i was my little sister's wedding.

  the one who ran away from home at age 16 and the judge gave me custody.

  Would you ever come back for someone you loved?

  if there was someone you were crazy about who went back to associating with jw's again and they asked you to come back too, only because to live dividedly for the rest your life would be just too hard and awkward.

  keep in mind your role would be very limited, few meetings a month, couple hrs service a month etc.. i know "if" this was before me i would feel that i would never ever want to come back.

  i don't believe it is the truth, can't stand the control among other reasons.

  Next year, all you just faded ones, (the ones not disfellowshipped or disassociated) go to the memorial and "DRINK THE WINE AND EAT THE UNLEAVENED BREAD"... .. Brilliant isnt it. I'm so impressed with myself.

  THEN, after that, work your way up to being replacements for the governing body... and we'll be home free.

  Gradually we will replace the members of the governing body as they die off.

  TA..DA!!! OOOH ... I'm feeling so clever today.

  When the governing body die off, then what happens ??? Another "new class"

  i am presumming that all of the governing body are of the "annoited class" and up there in age.. so what happens when they can no longer look after things, which should be soon, there are no other annoited really to take over.

  and 10 years from now all the supposed "annoited ones" will be gone.. whta will become of the governing body ??????.

  the watchtower must be a bit worried.. will there be "new light" and make up a new body ?????

  i work for the rich and famous and get to travel a lot.

  It was agressive here, .. and still is.
